Per Arizona Revised Statutes Title 41, Section 2954, the Arizona Board of Technical Registration sunsets periodically and must be renewed.
It is my understanding that during this review period, there are hearings and a comment period, and a decision to be made whether to continue, revise, consolidate or terminate the board.
As part of the Pennsylvania board, I would be interested in hearing what perspective Arizona surveyors have on this recurring review process and what kinds of input are typically received.
