Kim Nelson, Chief Information Officer of the US Environmental Protection Agency is retiring from EPA. She has announced she is going to Microsoft, to serve as executive director of e-government efforts. She will be missed at EPA, and I wish her best of luck in her new endeavor at Microsoft. We just had the good fortune to cross paths with Ms. Nelson at the EPA Environmental Symposium in Las Vegas.
